Zach Cohen is the Founder and CEO of ZAX Hospitality Group, a boutique agency focused on representing DJs, cultural personalities, and emerging entertainment talent across nightlife, brand partnerships, and live experiences.

With a deep foundation in hospitality and entertainment, Zach understands both sides of the industry — the talent and the venues. A Chicago native and hospitality major at National Louis University, he began his career training with industry leaders including TAO Group Hospitality and Groot Hospitality in Miami, gaining firsthand experience in VIP operations, artist relations, and high-level venue management.

Working in environments shaped by innovators like David Grutman, Zach developed a sharp understanding of what makes talent valuable — not just on stage, but as brands.

Today, through ZAX Hospitality Group, he focuses on strategic representation — securing nightlife bookings, paid appearances, brand deals, sponsorships, and long-term growth opportunities for his roster. His approach blends hospitality insight, cultural awareness, and relationship-driven dealmaking to position talent in rooms that elevate both visibility and value.
